What is hyaluronic acid?
Hyaluronic acid is a long, linear, high molecular weight, insoluble biopolymer and among the most abundant produced by all living organisms except algae. Hyaluronic acid is a natural product found in the body. It is a powerful tool for hydrating the skin and creating volume where there is tissue loss. Hyaluronic acid has the extraordinary ability to attract and retain water, weighing nearly a thousand times more than its own weight, and thus create volume and density, maintain the skin’s optimal hydro balance, increase its elasticity and slow down the aging process.
How hyaluronic acid becomes a dermal filter
Free hyaluronic acid, which can be found in many modern skin care or injectable mesotherapy products, as well as in some medications such as nose drops or wound healers, cannot be used for long-term aesthetic corrections. Free hyaluronic acid is rapidly absorbed by the body and eliminated from the body through natural metabolism. This is because free hyaluronic acid is liquid and has a linear structure
The technology that turns free hyaluronic acid into a filter is called “crosslinking” or creating bonds in the hyaluronic acid structures. A high degree of cross-linking (the presence of more bonds in the hyaluronic acid) creates a filter with greater rigidity and therefore greater durability of the aesthetic correction. Unfortunately, the high degree of modification leads to numerous side effects, poor integration into the skin and risk of product migration. Therefore, the FDA recommends that the bonds in hyaluronic fillers (BDDE) be less than 2 ppm (parts per million) i.e. 0.0002%.
ELASTY - natural hyaluronic fillers are created with PNET technology
ELASTY hyaluronic fillers are created through a patented process of binding free hyaluronic acid – PNET technology (preserved natural entanglement technology) in two phases:
- In the first phase, PNET technology minimizes open cross-linked BDDE by inactivating and cleaning them.
- In the second phase, PNET technology eliminates loose BDDEs. This ensures low levels of open cross-linked and uncross-linked BDDE, which increases product safety.

Features of natural hyaluronic fillers ELASTY
ELASTY hyaluronic fillers are available in three types – soft, medium and hard and are suitable for all kinds of aesthetic corrections – from the erasure of fine lines and wrinkles to the correction of the chin or lower jaw, for example. All three filters are characterised by
- a high concentration of hyaluronic acid – 24mg/ml, which guarantees maximum durability of aesthetic corrections;
- low level of modification – below 2PPM, which guarantees excellent product integration and the absence of side effects;
- the three filters can be injected with a 30G needle (like the one for insulin), which guarantees a minimum of pain and maximum comfort during injection.
Types of ELASTY hyaluronic fillers and their application
- ELASTY F hyaluronic filler – 24mg/ml hyaluronic acid; 0.2PPM for slight correction of fine lines and wrinkles on the neck, around the eyes and forehead or for contouring the lower eyelids
- ELASTY D hyaluronic filler – 24mg/ml hyaluronic acid; 0.2PPM for moderate corrections of nasolabial folds, forehead wrinkles or aesthetic corrections of the lips, nose, cheekbones or chin.
- ELASTY G hyaluronic filter – 24mg/ml hyaluronic acid; 0.2PPM for severe correction of nasolabial folds, forehead wrinkles or aesthetic corrections of the lips, nose, cheekbones or chin.
