Terms and Conditions of the Black Friday 2025 in Skin Line Campaign

The campaign will run from 00:00 on 14.11.2025 to 23:59 on 30.11.2025.
The campaign is valid for all the procedures published on the campaign page (https://dev.skinline.bg/en/black-friday/ and are valid both online and in the physical outlets of Skin Line Ltd. in the city. Varna, Varna, Varna, Varna, Varna, Varna, Varna. Sofia and Varna. The offer will be available in the following locations: Sofia, Plovdiv and Sofia.
The full comparison price and the percentage discount are calculated based on the prices in Skin Line Ltd. Sofia.
Vouchers for ordered treatments are issued online and sent to the customer’s email address after ordering, when it occurs through the online store. When a package of treatments is requested by phone, email, instant messaging or on-site, the package is created in the customer’s account after payment.
Promotional offers requested can be paid for by card online, by cash on delivery online with payment required prior to using the services, by bank transfer or on site at Skin Line Ltd’s facilities.
Purchased package offers are valid for 12 months from the date of order.
The campaign is valid only for the services and prices announced on the landing page (https://dev.skinline.bg/en/black-friday/) and for the same in the physical locations of the company in the city of Brno. Варна, гр. Sofia and Varna. The offer will be available in the following locations.
Laser hair removal, Laser treatments, Facial treatments, Body treatments, Cosmetic treatments, Aesthetic treatments.
Quantities are unlimited. In the event of inability to perform the services within 12 months of purchase by Skin Line Ltd and unwillingness of the customer to have them performed at a later date, the amount paid will be refunded to the customer.
The landing page (https://dev.skinline.bg/en/black-friday/) describes at which site each of the promotional services can be performed.
These discounts cannot be combined with other discounts and promotions.
The discounts listed do not apply to orders placed before or after the promotion dates.
The Seller has the right to refuse to fulfil (cancel) an order placed by the customer, for which the Seller shall notify the customer.
The exact times for the performance of the ordered services in the premises shall be specified on the spot with the receptionist, by email, phone or instant message or shall be recorded by the customer at https://my.skinline.bg.
Skin Line Ltd. reserves the right to terminate, change, extend or permanently suspend this promotion at any time by announcing it publicly on the website skinline.bg

Promotional campaign terms

Christmas gifts at Skin Line 2025

The period of this promotional campaign starts at 00:00 on 08.12.2025 and ends at 23:59 on 30.12.2025 for the packages of treatments in which the gifts are treatments and until the available quantities are exhausted for the treatments in which the gifts are cosmetic products for home use.
The campaign is organized and conducted by “Skin Line” Ltd, UIC: 103960907, with registered office and registered address in the city of Vilnius. Ltd. “Prof. Stefan Georgiev №4, (“Organizer”).
For the period of the campaign, for each purchase of a promotional package of treatments, the Organizer gives a cosmetic product for home use or 1 or more treatments of the same type. Purchased treatment packages can be used within 12 months from the date of purchase.
The prices of the promotional packages of treatments are calculated on the basis of the prices of the respective treatments announced in the price list of Skin Line Ltd, available on the website skinline.bg. Where there is a difference in the prices of procedures applied in Sofia, Plovdiv or Varna, those for Sofia are applied.
Eligibility to participate in the promotional campaign are adult individuals (Clients) who have purchased one or more promotional package of procedures.
The Organizer does not set any limitations in the number of promotional packages that can be purchased by one Client.
Payment for the purchased promotional packages can be made by bank card online on the website skinline.bg or in cash and by bank card on the spot in any of the Organizer’s outlets, after issuing a receipt.
By participating in the promotional campaign, all customers are expressly informed that the Organizer will need to collect a limited set of personal data (name, phone and email) to be processed by the Organizer for the purposes of organizing and conducting the campaign. Clients are familiar with the document Information on the processing of personal data of customers of Skin Line Ltd, available on the website of the Organizer – skinline.bg, prepared in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 and the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). The organizer takes all necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of its customers’ data.
The Organiser undertakes to strictly comply with the requirements of the applicable European and national legislation when collecting, processing and storing the personal data of customers.
Any customer may at any time object to/withdraw his/her consent to the processing of his/her existing data for the purposes of organising and running the campaign, by means of a written statement that terminates the subsequent processing of his/her personal data for the specific purpose.
By entering the campaign, participants agree to comply with the rules and requirements made public in the promotional material or otherwise.
Skin Line Ltd is the organiser of the campaign and is responsible for its administration and running.
These Terms and Conditions have been prepared and publicly disclosed as of the Campaign launch date and are freely available at www.skinline.bg throughout the Promotion Period in accordance with the requirements of applicable Bulgarian law.
Skin Line Ltd. reserves the right to supplement or modify these terms and conditions, and the changes shall come into force only after their prior disclosure on the website: skinline.bg
Skin Line Ltd. has the right to terminate the campaign at any time in the event of extraordinary circumstances or material abuse and/or violations of these terms and conditions. In such cases, no compensation is due to the participants.
Employees of Skin Line Ltd and persons professionally involved in the running of the campaign are not eligible to participate.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes regarding the conduct of the Campaign shall be resolved voluntarily. If this is not possible, they will be referred for resolution to the competent court in Sofia.

Terms and conditions of promotional campaign

The period of this promotional campaign begins at 00:00 on February 7, 2026, and ends at 23:59 on February 16, 2026.
The campaign is organized and conducted by Skin Line Ltd., UIC: 103960907, with its registered office and address of management in Sofia, ul. “Prof. Stefan Georgiev” No. 4, (“Organizer”).
The purchased packages of procedures can be used within 12 months from the date of purchase.
The prices of the promotional packages of procedures are calculated on the basis of the prices of the respective procedures announced in the price list of Skin Line Ltd., available on the website skinline.bg. When there is a difference in the prices of the procedures applied in Sofia, Plovdiv or Varna, those for Sofia shall apply.
Adults (Customers) who have purchased one or more promotional packages of procedures are eligible to participate in the promotional campaign.
The organizer does not place restrictions on the number of promotional packages that can be purchased by a single customer.
Payment for the purchased promotional packages can be made by credit card online at skinline.bg or in cash and by credit card on site at one of the Organizer’s locations, after a receipt has been issued.
By participating in the promotional campaign, all customers are expressly notified that the Organizer will need to collect a limited set of personal data (name, telephone number, and email address) to be processed by the Organizer for the purposes of organizing and conducting the campaign. Customers are familiar with the document Information on the processing of personal data of customers of Skin Line Ltd., available on the Organizer’s website – skinline.bg, prepared in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 and the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). The Organizer takes all necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of its customers’ data.

These terms and conditions have been prepared and publicly announced on the date of the start of the Campaign and are freely available at www.skinline.bg throughout the entire period of the Promotion, in accordance with the requirements of applicable Bulgarian law.
Skin Line Ltd. reserves the right to supplement or amend these terms and conditions, with the changes taking effect only after their prior announcement on the website: skinline.bg
Skin Line Ltd. has the right to terminate the campaign at any time in the event of force majeure circumstances or if material abuse and/or violations of these terms and conditions are found. In such cases, participants are not entitled to compensation.
Employees of Skin Line Ltd. and persons professionally involved in the conduct of the campaign are not eligible to participate.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes regarding the conduct of the campaign shall be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, they shall be referred to the competent court in Sofia for resolution.
