PRP Plasmotherapy

PRP Плазмолифтинг

PRP Plasmotherapy (Platelet Rich Plasma) is an innovative method that uses the patient’s own enriched plasma.

Plasmotherapy is used in various medical fields – general surgery, plastic surgery, traumatology, dermatology, rheumatology, aesthetic medicine, etc.

PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) therapy, also known as “vampire lift” , has become in recent years one of the most commonly used natural rejuvenation treatments. It is the only therapy in aesthetic medicine that uses the body’s natural resources.

Plasma consists of 90% water and 10% dissolved in it biological active components: vitamins, minerals, proteins, amino acids, hormones, nutrients. The injection of autologous plasma rich in platelets into the dermis supports, accelerates and increases the process of tissue regeneration.

The therapy has no contraindications and is completely safe for patients. PRP therapy offers a completely natural, organic and natural rejuvenating alternative with fast results , without allergies and side effects. It is fully compatible with the rest of the anti-aging arsenal such as botulinum toxin, hyaluronic fillers, lasers, etc. For many patients, PRP is recommended as a pre-treatment to prepare the skin for subsequent procedures.

Impact of PRP plasmotherapy

Stem cells are found in the deepest layer of the epidermis. They are activated by growth factors contained in the plasma, and proliferate (multiply), migrate (pass new cells to a higher layer) and differentiate. Autologous plasma stimulates the formation of new collagen (type 1,3,4) and stimulates angiogenesis (formation of new blood vessels in the skin), which improves skin microcirculation. This all-natural treatment induces the recovery and formation of new tissue, evens the complexion, visibly refreshes the skin, reduces puffiness and dark circles around the eyes, improves skin elasticity, tone and density.

Application of PRP plasmotherapy

How the PRP plasma therapy procedure works

The duration of the procedure is about 40 min. Blood is drawn from the patient’s vein using a closed vacuum system, after which it is centrifuged in a special centrifuge. The amount of blood drawn is 8 ml.

Platelet-rich plasma is obtained thanks to the specific membrane in the tubes themselves. The autologous plasma is rich in growth factors (PDGF,TGF- B, VEGF, FGF, EGF). The next stage of the procedure is to draw the plasma into several syringes and prepare it for injection. The injection of PRP plasma is done by the method of mesotherapy – a thin needle is used to penetrate the superficial layers of the skin and injected with multiple micro pricks. Prior to the procedure, the treatment area may be anesthetized with a cream-solvent for added patient comfort.

Additional enrichment of PRP plasmotherapy

An innovation in our clinics is the additional enrichment of PRP plasma. To achieve a better effect, our specialists add cocktails of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, nucleic acids, co-enzymes, trace elements, antioxidants, non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid, etc. After an individual consultation with each patient, dermatologists assess what amount and type of enrichment will be needed. Through the plasma, rich in platelets, growth factors, micro- and macro-elements, the skin is influenced in two ways – on the one hand, the growth factors awaken the stem cells of the skin to divide, and on the other hand, through additional vitamins, minerals, amino acids, etc., the growth of these cells is promoted.

Results of PRP plazotherapy

PRP plasma therapy is suitable for people of all age groups.

The effect of the procedure varies depending on the age and lifestyle of the patient. In younger skin, an overall refreshment and toning is achieved, as well as a reduction in fine lines and wrinkles around the eyes. In older patients, there is a reduction in visible wrinkles, the skin becomes firmer, plumper and revitalized.

The “Vampire Lift” is an excellent choice for patients who suffer from allergies or those looking for the most natural ways to rejuvenate.

The interval between treatments needs to be between 3-5 weeks. The first results are seen within 3-4 weeks after the first treatment, and skin changes become more visible in the months that follow. The overall result is observed after a minimum of three -four consecutive treatments. To maintain the effect it is desirable to carry out maintenance treatments every 6-8 months.
